About the firm

Ewa Zagórska-Prątnicka – attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and of postgraduate studies in property valuation at the University of Warsaw. She completed an Attorney at Law training at the District Bar Association in Warsaw. She also successfully passed the prosecutor’s training exam. She gained professional experience at Wardyński i Wspólnicy sp.k. law firm, Warsaw offices of international law companies and the Ministry of Justice.

She served Polish and foreign commercial law companies and natural persons, including in Polish and foreign arbitration proceedings.
Her specialization includes civil and commercial matters, including commenting and drafting civil and commercial laws contracts, handling real estate transactions, leading investors through the investment process in accordance with the requirements of the construction law. She also has experience in conducting criminal cases as a representative and a defense attorney.

She is a winner of the first prize in the Prof. Jerzy Jakubowski national Ph. D. Competition in the field of arbitration and mediation for the master’s thesis entitled “Recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Poland”.
Participant in training sessions and discussion panels organized by foreign and domestic arbitration institutions: VIAC (Vienna) and ICC (Paris) and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce
in Warsaw. Her scientific interests include issues in the field of real estate law.
She is fluent in English.
